Reward: Fabrication of a Kris [1]

This is only a preliminary version of the guide - we will test it once Dewata is implemented on fRO xD.

On Dewata Island you may produce a traditional weapon named Kris [1] (resp. Ceres or Caress).
Fabrication of the first Kris [1]

The prerequisite is that you have done the quest Dewata Legend Quest until the step where you receive the Shining Cendrawasih Feather. Then go and see Gatti who is situated at 127, 240 on the Dewata Field.

As answer to his question mark Dewata Island. He will then tell you that he has found an old blueprint of a traditional weapon. In order to build that weapon, he needs 100 Comodo Leather (It's a drop of Comodos in the volcanic part of the dungeon - access it by talking to the Gatekeeper in Dewata).

Hand over the items he asked for and he will give you a Ceres Hilt (Caress Hilt). This, as well as

another 100 Comodo Leather
20 Steel
10 Oridecon


will then be needed to build the Kris [1] (Don't loose the Ceres Hilt if you don't want to start the whole thing since the beginning !).

Fabrication of further Kris [1]

If you want to build further Kris [1], you need to talk to Gatti again - tell him that you want to build another weapon:

Now he needs 50 Comodo Leather and 1 Log in order to build another Ceres Hilt. In order to get the Kris, you'll need to bring

70 Comodo Leather
20 Steel
10 Oridecon


to him.

Enchantement of the Kris [1]

Gatti can enchant the Kris for you as well, that means that the weapon will gain some supplementairy capabilities (like for example Agi +x, Dex +x, Matk +x, MaxHP +x, Flee +x). For each try you will need to pay him 100k Zeny.

The success rates of the enchantment are currently not entirely know, but they should follow the principles of the Equipment Refinement of Episode 13.3.
